About This Role

Job Title: Joinery Foreman
Location: Dubai Production City
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and manage joinery works both on-site and in the workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, proper team supervision, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise joinery works including fabrication, assembly, and installation
  • Manage and guide carpenters and joinery workers
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams
  • Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
  • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
  • Maintain safety standards and site discipline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of joinery works and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • UAE experience preferred
