Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and manage joinery works both on-site and in the workshop.
The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality execution, proper team supervision, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise joinery works including fabrication, assembly, and installation
- Manage and guide carpenters and joinery workers
- Read and interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams
- Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Maintain safety standards and site discipline
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of joinery works and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- UAE experience preferred
