Job Overview
Build Mode Industries FZ LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across our business verticals, including construction services and our community/event.
This role requires a balance of **strategic thinking and hands-on execution**, with a strong focus on digital marketing, branding, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company and its services
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging, high-quality content
- Plan and execute campaigns for events, workshops, and community activities
- Generate leads for contracting, joinery, and design services
- Build partnerships with designers, brands, and community groups
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements
- 3–6 years of marketing experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or event spaces is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
