Faculty Position

Teaching Areas

• Teaching areas include blockchain technology, FinTech innovation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Additional areas include digital banking and financial services, digital risk management, decentralized finance, and cybersecurity in financial services.

Teaching and Academic Operations

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Financial Technology and related areas.
• Deliver engaging instruction, maintain current course content, update syllabi, and grade work on time.
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the Program Chair or Coordinator with academic operations.
• Help align the curriculum with university requirements, industry needs, and current developments in the discipline.

Research and Engagement

• Conduct high-impact research in Financial Technology and related areas.
• Produce at least two publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, preferably Q1 or Q2 Scopus-indexed journals, according to academic rank.
• Engage with industry and professional communities to strengthen applied research, knowledge exchange, and professional practice.

Requirements

• Have expertise across contemporary financial technology and digitally enabled financial services.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Financial Technology and related areas.
• Produce at least two publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, preferably Q1 or Q2 Scopus-indexed journals, commensurate with academic rank.
