Maintains fixed-asset records and analyzes asset utilization and performance.
Responsibilities
- Review depreciation and reconcile asset data with financial systems.
- Support asset registration, transfers, and disposals.
- Support annual inventory and property insurance activities.
- Prepare management reporting and support internal and external audits.
Minimum qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking.
Preferred qualification
- Experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management.
- Knowledge of depreciation, reconciliations, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and applicable accounting standards.
