Responsibilities

• Recommend actions to meet budget targets and use company resources effectively.
• Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow projections and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances, risks, and opportunities and recommend actions.
• Monitor costs and contribute to cost optimization and control initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and ensure accurate, complete financial data.
• Maintain financial reporting and transaction-control standards and data quality.
• Analyze processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and valuations for projects and investment decisions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables.
• Practical Power BI experience for financial analysis and reporting.
• English proficiency at B2 or above.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and detail-oriented skills; able to translate financial results into recommendations.
• Manufacturing or international-company experience is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
