Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will develop the fire and life safety products business in the UAE while operating from Dubai.
The role combines technical fire systems knowledge with sales, partner development, market analysis, and relationship management.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
- Sales experience in the UAE region while operating from Dubai.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
- Proven experience across the full sales process from opportunity identification through closing.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationship building.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of electronic security technologies and trends, including cloud-based solutions and IoT.
- Conversational English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a UAE business development plan.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners across the region.
- Pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Research markets, analyze data, and execute sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and service delivery.
- Prepare presentations and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
