Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial experience in business and sales management in the electronic security industry.
- Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
- Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
- Experience across the full sales process, from opportunity identification through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics in electronic security.
- Conversational English and Arabic are required.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the UAE.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new regional partners.
- Pursue new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Research market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Analyze market data and execute effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
- Negotiate client and partner contracts and agreements.
- Prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
