Experience and qualification
- The role calls for 6–7 years of experience.
- Hospitality industry experience is a must-have.
- Non-CA candidates may be considered and evaluated.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations and coordinate with the existing finance agency.
- Manage vendors and creditors, monitor credit periods, prioritize payments and maintain creditor relationships.
- Plan and monitor cash flow, allocating funds to business-critical payments.
- Monitor inventory and financial controls across more than 1,500 SKUs.
- Track local procurement, including cash purchases, with appropriate controls.
- Prepare MIS, financial reports and business performance updates.
- Oversee tax matters and coordinate with the external agency on compliance and timely filings.
- Prepare financial information and investor reports as required.
