Role Overview
Lead SAP teams and manage complex implementations across MM, PM, and WM modules.
Deliver SAP technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
Work with SAP S/4HANA, architecture, integrations, and business process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP team across MM, PM, and WM modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver SAP solutions.
- Drive bug fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvements while ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure SAP best practices and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee SAP integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Lead troubleshooting for critical issues and system performance.
- Maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and enhancements.
- Stay current on SAP releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Mentor team members and coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
- Drive project planning, delivery, and change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Requires 20+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Requires deep SAP MM, PM, and WM expertise.
- Requires a proven record of leading and managing SAP teams.
- Requires experience with complex, highly integrated SAP landscapes.
- Requires SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation project experience.
- Requires knowledge of SAP architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Requires strong project and team management skills.
- Requires strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Requires experience in large enterprise or captive IT environments.
- Requires understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Requires business process re-engineering and change management experience.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to RPA, AI, and SAP BTP is noted.
- SAP certifications in MM, PM, or WM are an added advantage.
