Role Overview
The role is a Transaction Banking Project Manager focused on payments, cards, and operations transformation delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous HSBC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- At least 2 years of Agile exposure is required.
- Candidates should have experience managing large transformation engagements.
- Candidates should have hands-on project governance experience, including steering committees, working groups, or other delivery cadences.
- Experience should include RAID management, status reporting, financial management, and investment or business case work.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity is required.
- Candidates should understand the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the Delivery Manager role at each stage.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage large transformation engagements in payments, cards, or operations transformation delivery.
- Run or anchor steering committees, working groups, and other relevant delivery cadences.
- Manage RAID, status reporting, financial management, and investment or business case activities.
- Use JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity in project delivery and governance.
- Apply delivery management practices throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
