Roles And Responsibilities
Manage leasing activities including tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, contract preparation, renewals, and terminations.
Process and maintain tenancy contracts in compliance with applicable regulations.
Maintain complete records of tenants, past leases, and rental documentation.
Monitor rental income and coordinate deposit of rental payments as required.
Act as the primary contact for tenants, property agents, and service providers.
Conduct regular inspections of apartments and villas to ensure properties are well maintained.
Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and related documentation.
Manage repair and maintenance activities for all properties.
Obtain and negotiate quotations from contractors and service providers.
Schedule and supervise maintenance works, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, service history, and contractor details.
Manage utility accounts for all properties, including DEWA, internet, and other services.
Ensure timely payment and tracking of utility bills.
Maintain organized records of property documents, ownership records, and service contracts.
Maintain working knowledge and ensure compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.
Coordinate property documentation with Dubai Land Department when required.
Ensure all leasing and property processes comply with Dubai real estate laws and procedures.
Prepare periodic property management reports for senior management.
Track property performance, maintenance costs, and tenancy status.
Maintain centralized property records and documentation for management review.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
