Key Require

• mentsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discip
• line.Proven experience leading finance transformation, finance excellence, or financial systems improvement initiatives within large and complex organizat
• ions.Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial planning, and performance manage
• ment.Experience implementing or optimizing ERP, EPM, financial planning, reporting, or analytics platf
• orms.Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiat
• ives.Strong project management skills with experience delivering large-scale transformation prog
• rams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leader
• ship.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-ma
• king.Knowledge of financial governance, controls, compliance requirements, and industry best pract
• ices.Experience working within consulting environments or leading enterprise-wide transformation projects would be advantag
