who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing, communications, branding, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management initiatives

The ideal candidate is a
passionate and strategic marketing leader
to translate business objectives into integrated marketing and communications strategies that enhance brand positioning, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading high-performing marketing and communications functions within complex, multi-business environments and
possess strong expertise in brand management, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and implement long-term and annual marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and vision.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all marketing, communications, branding, and reputation management matters.
- Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, value propositions, and customer-focused marketing initiatives.
- Lead internal communications strategies and initiatives to support employee engagement and organizational objectives.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns and communications activities that enhance brand visibility, reputation, and business performance.
- Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives and foster strong relationships with government entities, customers, business partners, and external service providers.
- Ensure marketing and communications processes, workflows, structures, and reporting mechanisms are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee departmental KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, budget planning, expenditure management, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Partner closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Business Development teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and direct marketing and communications teams while attracting and retaining top talent.
- Participate as a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to organizational leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and business transformation projects across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
- 15–20 years of relevant professional experience. Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role within Marketing and Communications.
- Proven track record of successfully marketing high-value products or services to major clients, including multinational corporations within an international B2B environment.
- Experience working across both agency and client-side environments.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder management, and integrated marketing.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, financial reports, and business performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and portfolios across diverse business units simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in both
- English and Arabic
