  • We are looking to hire a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who will be responsible for digital marketing, campaign planning, and execution.

The deal candidate should have a solid understanding of reviewing marketing content across digital channels to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Cordinating Campaign management and execution manage end-to-end campaignlifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiplechannels, including social media, email marketing, search engines, display advertising, and paid media.
  • Managing campaign planning, calender management and responsible for developing and maintain comprehensive marketing and campaign calendars aligned with business goals,product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Review marketing content across digital channels to ensure alignment with brandguidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives & facilitate regular campaign review meetings and status updates.
  • Knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Advertising, or related digital marketing disciplines.
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong experience creating and managing campaign calendars and marketing schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and approving marketing content for digital channels.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates available immediately after accepting the offer.
