Overview

We are looking to hire a

Business Development Executive - Staff Accommodation and Labour Camps

who will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for staff accommodation, labour camps, workforce housing, and similar residential assets for our client based in Dubai – which is one of the leading companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Business Development Manager.

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive about developing new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and maximizing occupancy across staff accommodation and labour camp portfolios.

You should also have experience in corporate leasing, workforce accommodation, labour camp operations, real estate leasing, or B2B sales within the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new leasing opportunities for staff accommodation, labour camps, workforce housing, and related residential assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, contractors, construction companies, facilities management providers, manpower suppliers, and other organizations requiring employee accommodation.
  • Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and accommodation inspections with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and renewal contracts with corporate tenants.
  • Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation and proposal preparation through to contract execution and handover.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients and track opportunities through CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, occupancy levels, and rental rates to identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, property management, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and leasing reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets as set by management.
  • Knowledge, skills & experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate leasing, labour camp leasing, staff accommodation, workforce housing, real estate, or B2B sales.
  • Strong network within construction, manpower supply, facilities management, hospitality, industrial, or workforce accommodation sectors in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and occupancy targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and lease agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate and corporate leasing market.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.

Availability

Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
