Essential qualifications and experience
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce, retail, FMCG distribution, quick commerce, or a consumer-tech start-up.
- Proven Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or Commercial Finance experience working directly with operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and working understanding of UAE Corporate Tax.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivots, and lookups; ERP experience such as Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite.
- Currently based in the UAE, or based in India and able to relocate to Dubai at short notice.
Preferred qualifications
- GCC e-commerce or retail experience is preferred.
- Exposure to COD-heavy business models, courier reconciliations, and marketplace settlements is preferred.
- Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience for data analysis is preferred.
- Experience in a scaling start-up or PE/VC-backed business is preferred.

- Work is in person.
