Finance Assistant (Accounts Payables)

Responsibilities:

· Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable

· Process purchase orders

· Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.

· Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts

· Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.

· Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors

· File, organize and maintain files

Requirements:

· Commerce graduate with more than 3 years of experience

· Microsoft Excel skills

· Good communication
