Full-time Field Service Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role manages compressor and steam turbine turnarounds, supervises subcontractors, and supports customer operations.
Work may take place in workshop, field, and offshore environments and involves extensive travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex compressor turnarounds and manage compressor and steam turbine turnarounds.
- Supervise subcontractors and support start-ups and commissioning.
- Implement compressor upgrades, including dry gas seal systems.
- Prepare QA/QC documentation and ensure safety compliance.
- Support customer operations.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree-qualified in engineering, with strong knowledge of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines.
- Experience with centrifugal compressor and steam turbine overhauls and upgrades from an OEM or significant ISP.
- Experience in supervision.
- Certification in rotating equipment maintenance.
- Full and clean UAE driving license, or a license convertible to a UAE license.
- Able to travel extensively and work in workshop, field, and offshore environments.
