Field Service Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi.
The engineer will manage complex compressor and steam turbine turnarounds and support customer operations.
The work involves extensive travel and workshop, field, and offshore environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead complex compressor and steam turbine turnarounds.
- Supervise subcontractors.
- Support start-ups and commissioning.
- Implement compressor upgrades, including dry gas seal systems.
- Prepare QA/QC documentation and ensure safety compliance.
- Support customer operations.
Required skills and experience
- Degree-qualified in engineering.
- Strong centrifugal compressor and steam turbine knowledge.
- Experience in centrifugal compressor and steam turbine overhaul and upgrades with an OEM or significant ISP.
- Experience in supervision.
Education and other requirements
- Certifications in rotating equipment maintenance.
- Full and clean UAE driving license, or a license convertible to a UAE license.
- Able to travel extensively and work in workshop, field, and offshore environments.
