Field Sales Executive – POS & Payments

PACT Employment Services is actively seeking
dynamic and driven POS Sales Executive
for immediate openings within a
leading Payment Service Provider
in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and identifying new client opportunities within the target merchant base.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential POS merchants.
- Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our payment services.
- Achieving defined sales targets and contributing to departmental growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to ensure client needs are met.
- Acting as a key point of contact for assigned merchant clients, providing support and resolving issues.
& Requirements
- **1-2 years of proven relevant Sales experience**
- within the UAE Banking sector (strong preference for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Card Acquiring/Debit/Credit Cards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, POS terminals, and merchant acquiring processes is a significant advantage.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- **A valid UAE Driving License is preferred.**
- Candidates currently residing in Abu Dhabi and across the
- Northern Emirates, including Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain, will be preferred.
