Job Description – Field Sales Associate (Cloud Solutions)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 2–3 Years (IT Sales – Dubai Preferred)
Compensation: Up to AED 5,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive – Cloud Solutions to drive business growth in the Dubai market. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting Meridian’s cloud offerings across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand business needs
- Present and position tailored cloud solutions based on customer requirements
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Ensure regular client engagement and follow-ups for long-term business growth
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and customer interactions
Market Analysis & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitor offerings
- Develop strong understanding of Meridian’s cloud portfolio and value proposition
- Effectively communicate the benefits of cloud solutions to customers
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA / bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in field sales within IT / cloud solutions domain (Dubai experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies – Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and AI solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

- Visa sponsorship and insurance will be provided
