Lead and direct a team of Medical Representatives in order to achieve Aesthetics qualitative objectives and visit doctors, hospitals and key accounts for disseminating medical knowledge.

Provide coaching and support to the team members towards building a scientific engagement with Health care professionals, aligned with company vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct and motivate the team in order to achieve the overall central region (Riyadh, and Qassim or Dammam), objectives, with full accountability for reaching out to HCPs, key accounts and distributor team with the right medical know how on Galderma products.
  • Responsible for delivering country/territory objectives according to set plan & strategy
  • Supervise sales team to ensure achievement of KPIs, objectives and marketing plan targets.
  • Support and follow up the implementation of professional marketing programs.
  • Establish strong relationships with local distributor’s team
  • Establish plans and strategies to expand the HCP base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for HCPs
  • Drive and develop key account strategies and plans.
  • Work effectively in coordination with other related departments, analyze and interpret results in order to undertake appropriate actions that develop and maximize qualitative metrics
  • Deliver the company strategy in Aesthetics/Dermatology clinics through active implementation of marketing programs.
  • Create effective territory structure, evaluate it periodically and update it if necessary.
  • Building long term strategic relationships with KOLs & other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all country (laws), company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Follow market trends and other aesthetics companies` developments in the market and discuss these with the BUH, anticipates and develops relevant action plans to improve brands scientific positioning.

What We'Re Looking For

  • University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree
  • Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.), Arabic language fluency is an added asset.
  • Experience in injectable aesthetics is an added advantage
  • Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3-5 years sales management experience at least.
  • Actively use internal CRM System, follow up and evaluate teams` daily activities.
  • Provide accurate follow up in all reporting systems such as periodic reporting and HCP database, etc.
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Strong Customer orientation
  • Business planning and organizational skills
  • Excel, PPT and other IT tools Skills: Highest level of proficiency in these tools is required
