Account Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for major pharmacy chains in KSA, aligned with overall business objectives and integrated dermatology strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at customer level
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with customers, defining growth drivers, trade plans, and category opportunities

Sales & Financial Performance

  • Deliver volume, value, and profitability targets through effective account management
  • Own forecasting, demand planning, and financial performance for assigned accounts (including trade investment optimization)
  • Monitor KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, stock, ROI) and take corrective actions to maximize performance

• Commercial Excellence & Negotiation

  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trade terms, and promotional plans
  • Ensure competitive positioning while maximizing profitability and return on investment

• Execution & Field Alignment

  • Ensure best-in-class in-store execution across all touchpoints (availability, visibility, merchandising, promotions)
  • Collaborate with field teams to translate account plans into actionable execution priorities

• Omnichannel & Ecommerce

  • Drive growth across online and offline channels, including e-commerce platforms
  • Optimize digital visibility, content, and promotional activities across customer platforms
  • People Management:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Executives / Sales team members
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and drive a high-performance culture
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Partner closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver a unified One Galderma approach

• Market Insights & Innovation

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to identify opportunities and risks
  • Lead successful execution of new product launches and portfolio expansion within accounts

• Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

What We'Re Looking For

  • 6 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management within FMCG / Consumer Health / Pharma (dermatology or skincare is a plus)
  • Proven track record managing major pharmacy chains or modern trade accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiations, trade planning, and P&L management
  • Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in e-commerce / omnichannel account management is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with ability to operate at senior levels
  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to be based in Jeddah, KSA
