Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing role based in Dubai, We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy professional to join our team.

You are not just a content creator; you are a digital growth engineer capable of building strong brand identities, managing high-performance ad campaigns, and leveraging the latest AI tools to optimize creative workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, basic graphic design, and short-form video content.
  • Solid foundation in Marketing principles, preferably with experience in real estate or related industries.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; other language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Proven track record in managing ad budgets and executing paid campaigns.
  • Advanced ability to utilize AI tools for creative and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing *SOPs*.
  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Smart Marketing" mindset: The ability to translate complex data into emotionally engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under performance-based targets.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • portfolio is a must

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identities for our real estate sector clients, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Create comprehensive monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis to optimize budgets, maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Produce high-end, professional videos using *Adobe After Effects* to deliver cinematic and high-engagement visuals.
  • Develop, document, and maintain *Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)* for all recurring marketing tasks—from content scheduling to performance reporting—to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Monitor digital market trends and implement strategies to boost organic reach and audience engagement.
  • Manage digital communities, ensuring professional and brand-aligned interactions.
  • Deliver periodic (weekly/monthly) performance reports with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
