Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin with Car Rental experienced to support the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage customer inquiries, rental bookings, and confirmations with efficiency and professionalism.

· Take bookings and explain the terms of rental agreements including deductible requirements and optional coverage available for an additional fee.

· Answer questions from customers about prices and which vehicles are available.

· Helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on factors such as price, mileage allowance.

· Maintain accurate records of vehicles rentals, payments, and vehicle inventory.

· Checking the record a car's condition and make notes of any existing bumps or scratches

· Check mileage and inspect for damage on returned vehicles.

· Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth and effective rental process.

· Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and processes.

· Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

· Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.

· Provide administrative support to management as needed, helping to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Skills

· Proven experience in an administrative with Rent A Car Experienced.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.

· Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

· High level of organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.

· Flexible working hours to accommodate business needs

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Must have at least minimum 1-2 years car rental admin experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
