Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales Targets by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prospecting New Clients by Identifying potential customers (e.g., retail stores, wholesalers, or even direct consumers) and generating new business opportunities.
- To Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and understand their needs.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring their orders are processed smoothly, and maintaining a steady supply.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in kitchenware and household utensils and understanding consumer preferences.
- Monitor competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Ensure that clients’ orders are delivered on time and follow up with logistics teams for any delays.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance, market insights, and forecasting future sales.
Experience
- kitchenware and household utensils industry: 1 year (Preferred)
