Overview
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the retail business
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting household utensils and related products
- Provide product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Operate the cash register and manage all payment transactions (cash, card, digital payments) accurately
- Issue receipts, invoices, and delivery notes
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and product displays
- Support stock management by coordinating with the warehouse team for replenishments
- Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain daily sales records and cash reports
- Coordinate with accounts for documentation and reconciliation
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and sales campaigns within the showroom
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
