- Maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and proper visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff.
- Allocate tasks and schedules; ensure staff follow company policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales strategy, promotions, and feedback.
- Minimum 3 Years of UAE Experience in household and Kitchenware products is a must.
- Proven experience working with ERP platforms is essential
