About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a professional and courteous **Female Receptionist cum Admin** for our Female Salon.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth salon operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival
-Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries
-Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
-Perform basic administrative duties using MS Office and Outlook
-Assist in salon-related administrative tasks as needed
Skills Required
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
-Professional appearance and attitude
Office Hours: 10 hours/day
