Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our medical center team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification (if applicable)
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (medical setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
