Female Receptionist
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting clients, handling phone calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Scheduling & Booking: Booking, rescheduling, and confirming service appointments in dealership/repair software.
- Administrative Support: Data entry, invoicing, filing, and handling mail or paperwork.
- Cashiering: Processing payments for service and parts, including calculating totals and handling cash/card transactions.
- Communication: Communicating with technicians, service advisors, and customers to provide updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and multi-line phone systems.
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional professionalism, patience, and a positive demeanor.
- Organization: Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Receptionist/Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
