Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Service:** Greeting clients, handling phone calls, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Scheduling & Booking:** Booking, rescheduling, and confirming service appointments in dealership/repair software.
- **Administrative Support:** Data entry, invoicing, filing, and handling mail or paperwork.
- **Cashiering:** Processing payments for service and parts, including calculating totals and handling cash/card transactions.
- **Communication:** Communicating with technicians, service advisors, and customers to provide updates.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer software and multi-line phone systems.
- **Customer-Focused:** Exceptional professionalism, patience, and a positive demeanor.
- **Organization:** Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
