Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers and contracts.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, advising clients on current listings, pricing, and investment opportunities, and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulations.

The role involves building and maintaining a strong client network, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

The broker will also prepare and present property proposals, manage follow-ups, and support clients from initial inquiry through closing.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, including local Dubai market knowledge and property valuation fundamentals.
  • Proven Brokerage experience, with the ability to manage end-to-end real estate transactions and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a competitive market.
  • Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
  • Relevant real estate certification or license in the UAE (or eligibility to obtain), and prior experience in the Dubai or GCC real estate market is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, and the ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, maintain a professional appearance, and travel locally for client
