Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Facilities Manager located in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of building facilities, manage budgets, liaise with vendors and contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Additional responsibilities include supervising repairs, coordinating space planning, implementing sustainability measures, and responding to emergency situations to ensure the continuous efficiency of facilities.
Qualifications
- Facilities management experience, including oversight of building systems and maintenance
- Budgeting, vendor management, and procurement skills
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations
- Problem-solving abilities for emergency response and operational challenges
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience working in a hybrid model and proficiency with relevant technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
