Project & Facilities Manager

About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Project & Facilities Manager. The role involves overseeing the management, maintenance, and development of facilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include supervising staff and contractors, planning and executing maintenance schedules, assessing and managing project requirements, and ensuring the operational functionality of the mall. The manager will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, and prompt resolution of maintenance issues while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource Management: Allocate tasks, manage budgets, and assign resources efficiently.

• Planning & Defining Scope: Set project goals, prepare detailed schedules, and define deliverables.

• Execution & Monitoring: Track project progress, manage deadlines, and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide regular project updates.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

• Cost Control: Monitor and control project budgets, variations, and claims.

• Coordination & Contract Management: Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers’ contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management and senior-level roles.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar software.

• Ability to report effectively to Project Leads, Directors, and Senior Management.
