Guest service and operational support
- Support food and beverage operations so service runs smoothly and guest transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a safe workplace, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications and physical demands
- No related work experience is required; previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
- Work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as required.
