The F&B Service Expert supports all-day dining and helps create a memorable guest experience through food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Handle transactions as part of the guest experience and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Work requirements
- Remain on foot and move around for extended periods, including over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication; follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed; no license or certification is listed.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time, non-management position at Dubai Parks & Resorts in Dubai.
- The position is not remote and involves in-person guest service.
