Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Supervisor, based in Dubai.
The F&B Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensure service standards are maintained, and provide leadership and support to the team.
Key responsibilities
include staff supervision, monitoring guest satisfaction, facilitating communication between departments, and upholding operational excellence.
The role requires strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Thorough knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service operations
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for efficient team collaboration and guest interaction
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
