F&B Supervisor

A premium café chain operating across multiple locations, including over 10 outlets, two central kitchens, and two roasteries in two countries is looking for a **F&B Supervisor** in our team of enthusiasts to become the most recognizable brand in Dubai.

Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities, including guest seating, order taking and food/beverage service

Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met and exceeded

Train, mentor and motivate front-of-house staff to foster a positive and productive work environment

Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally

Monitor and manage inventory of front-of-house supplies

Oversee cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation and daily reporting Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient food delivery

Maintain a clean, organized and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Conduct regular performance reviews for front-of-house staff and provide constructive feedback

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

About you:

Work experience: minimum **2 years** in similar position in restaurants and cafes

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
