We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaking) – Catering Operations
Emirates Hospitality Center is expanding its catering operations and is looking for a **results-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor** with **proven catering experience** to strengthen frontline execution and service delivery.
Role Overview
You will manage daily food and beverage operations across catering units, ensuring **service consistency, operational discipline, and full compliance** with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations across assigned locations
- Lead, schedule, and motivate service teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and company SOP compliance
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, logistics, and management teams
- Monitor service quality and resolve issues in real time
- Support audits, inspections, and client service requirements
Candidate Profile
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a Food & Beverage Supervisor
- **Mandatory catering industry experience**
- **Arabic speaking is required**
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards and service excellence
- Proven ability to perform in **fast-paced, high-volume operations**
