F&B Supervisor

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular branch visits and operational inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Monitor daily F&B operations and ensure smooth coordination between branches and management.
• Handle local supplier coordination for orders, deliveries, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
• Manage local and overseas purchasing for F&B items, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Maintain proper inventory control and reduce wastage through effective stock monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with municipality, food safety, HACCP, and company standards.
• Train and guide branch staff on food handling, customer service, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Support branch teams during audits, inspections, promotions, and operational challenges.
• Monitor product quality, presentation, and consistency across all locations.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements related to kitchen and F&B equipment.
• Prepare operational reports, supplier comparisons, and branch inspection reports.
• Assist in cost control, budgeting, and improving operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Work closely with management to improve sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/café operations and food safety standards.
• Experience in supplier management, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Good leadership and staff training skills.
• Ability to travel between branches for inspections and operational support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
