Provide guest services that make dining memorable, including table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, and cleaning.
Help ensure transactions and service activities contribute to the guest experience.
Guest service and work duties
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and help maintain a safe workplace.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information and perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching. The posting specifies lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
