The F&B Service Expert provides guest services intended to make dining memorable and unique.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote; the listed work location is Dubai Marina, Dubai.
Guest service duties
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Read and visually verify menu information and complete other reasonable duties as requested.
- Help create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, and uphold quality standards.
Preferred qualifications and physical demands
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
- The work involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role involves moving objects up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Professional uniform, appearance, and communication are expected.
