F&B Outlets Manager

Role overview

Operations and service

• Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Observe floor operations to ensure service standards, sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee conduct are maintained.
• Ensure guests receive a consistent, exceptional experience across all outlets.
• Lead and support outlet managers, supervisors, captains, and team members in meeting operational and service objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, sales targets, and average check performance; address gaps with corrective actions.
• Conduct and support daily pre-shift briefings on priorities, service, upselling, and promotions.
• Monitor the guest experience during service, resolve issues and complaints proactively, and follow up on feedback, audits, and action plans.
• Support revenue, upselling, and commercial targets; improve suggestive selling and dining experiences.
• Ensure proper execution of menus, promotions, special events, and F&B activations.

Compliance and coordination

• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review operational reports, performance updates, and action plans.
• Coordinate with F&B management and other hotel departments, follow up on management initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and requirements

• Previous experience in a similar F&B Outlets Manager or F&B Manager role, including multi-outlet or high-volume operations.
• Strong F&B operational skills and a hands-on management approach.
• Strong administration, reporting, organizational, leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of guest service standards, upselling, and revenue generation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make effective decisions.
• Good command of English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Makkah hotel operations experience is advantageous.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational needs.

Work setting

• The role is with Novotel Thakher Makkah and involves hands-on supervision of hotel restaurants and bars.
