Role overview

Outlet operations and service

• Coordinate staff teamwork and service to meet guest needs; inspect staff grooming and attire.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Check storage organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; complete inventories, stock supplies, and requisition items.
• Monitor dining-room seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; submit maintenance work orders.

Team leadership and standards

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Act as a role model and first point of contact for the fair-treatment and open-door policy process.
• Follow company and safety policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and complete safety training.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist people with disabilities, and maintain professional communication and working relationships.
• Meet quality standards and identify ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of related work experience preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• No license or certification specified.
