About Us

Al Fahad Trading Enterprises is a UAE-based holding company with a growing portfolio of licensed restaurants and cafés.

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our F&B division and help build our brands across all locations.

The Role

You'll work directly on marketing for our F&B brands — managing social media, supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping drive footfall and brand awareness across our restaurants.

This is an ideal role for a fresh graduate eager to build hands-on experience in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts across all F&B brands (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (photos, reels, stories, captions)
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers
  • Support campaign planning and execution for new launches, promotions, and seasonal events
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
  • Assist with influencer outreach and community management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome — no prior experience required
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
  • Creative eye with a passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools is a plus
  • Good written English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple brands at once

What We Offer

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000/month based on skills
