**The Role** We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily front-of-house operations at Gran Caffè.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the service team, uphold our standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Greet and engage with guests, handling any concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
  • Assign sections, coordinate table flow, and manage reservations during shift
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure all team members are prepared and well-presented
  • Monitor service standards and provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff
  • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and daily reports
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout service
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in training new team members and maintaining service SOPs

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and guest relations skills
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
  • Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in a high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms is an advantage
  • Experience in Dubai or the GCC region is an advantage
  • Position: Full-time \| Dubai \| Competitive salary package
