Position Overview
Cafetería Las Bolas Utebo is seeking a skilled **F&B Manager** to oversee food and beverage operations in our Abu Dhabi location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting operational efficiency, managing staff performance, and delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations
- Supervise restaurant service teams, staffing schedules, and daily workflow
- Maintain customer service standards and support guest satisfaction objectives
- Monitor inventory levels, purchasing processes, and supplier coordination
- Oversee operational budgets, cost control, and reporting procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local hospitality regulations
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve service quality and operational performance
- Support staff training, performance evaluation, and team development
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or hospitality management role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and food service operations
- Experience in team leadership, budgeting, and operational planning
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Hospitality management degree or relevant professional training preferred
- Previous Middle East or UAE hospitality experience is considered an advantage
- Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
