Job Description
Restaurante Katxetas is seeking an experienced **F&B Manager** to oversee food and beverage operations, support service excellence, and ensure efficient day-to-day management of restaurant activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in team leadership, operational performance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations in accordance with company standards
- Supervise and support restaurant and service teams to maintain high service quality
- Monitor operational performance, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Control budgets, food and beverage costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Handle guest feedback and support continuous improvement of customer experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams on operational planning and service development
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar hospitality management role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service management
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
