F&B Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Cart Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mobile food cart business in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, high-quality customer service, and sustainable business growth.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the UAE’s F&B sector and knowledge of local food safety regulations.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the food cart.

Ensure timely setup, service, and closing procedures.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Monitor service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Recruit, train, and supervise food cart staff.

Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.

Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging.

Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery.

Conduct periodic stock audits.

Handle daily sales, cash flow, and expense tracking.

Prepare financial reports and analyze profitability.

Implement cost-control strategies to maximize margins.

Ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.

Ensure compliance with UAE municipality and food safety regulations.

Maintain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.

Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Food Control Department.

Ensure all staff possess valid health cards.

Identify high-footfall locations to maximize sales.

Plan promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.

Manage social media presence and customer engagement.

Explore opportunities for expansion and partnerships.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE F&B industry.

Proven experience in managing kiosks, food trucks, cafeterias, or restaurants.

Strong knowledge of UAE food safety and municipality regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong financial and operational management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and outdoor environment.

Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.

UAE Driving License.

HACCP or Food Safety Certification.
