Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator between DCAF, DCA, and EIT on all IT-related matters.
- Provide input and recommendations on IT-related projects, systems, and operational improvements.
- Offer first-level guidance and support to employees on IT concerns, coordinating with AFIT and the IT Security team as required.
- Log, track, and communicate all technical issues reported by employees to the designated AFIT representative.
- Coordinate with the AFIT on-site representative (available every Thursday) to ensure timely resolution of outstanding IT issues.
- Oversee server maintenance activities and ensure all scheduled maintenance tasks are performed in a timely manner.
- Monitor IT-related activities to ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of IT issues, requests, and maintenance activities.
- Act as a liaison for IT security-related matters and ensure adherence to IT security guidelines.
